From Francis

   Go approximately 14 miles to the Mill Hollow Turn off. Head south on the Mill Hollow dirt road that is well maintained. Go 2.7 miles past the reservoir to a four way intersection. Turn left and go approximately .3 miles along Duchesne Ridge.
